Golnaz
Golnaz Entezaralmahdi CO-OWNER & DESIGN PRINCIPAL Coming up with a totally original design solution is Golnaz’s idea of a perfect day! Her passion for design started at Shiraz University in Iran, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Architecture. After graduation, Golnaz spent 4 years working for Varjavand architecture consulting firms in Shiraz. In Varjavand she gained valuable experience with a residential firm focusing on contemporary architecture. Golnaz then took her experience that spans many styles and opened her own firm, Line Design Firm, in 2005 consulting for high-end designers, custom home builders, and architects in Shiraz. Her proven success is a result of her keen eye for detail and ability to coalesce the client’s vision with her distinctive sense of style and conceptual design. Then she brings all her finely crafted skill to Arash industrial group, partnering with her husband Arash to design luxury furniture, cabinets and modern interior decoration. In 2018, they decided to move to Vancouver to combine all their years of experience and open A&G Art Group Ltd., a high-end Commercial and residential interior design, renovation and custom mill work firm. Golnaz prides herself on being a very hands-on designer who can understand every aspect of the construction process, helping the client to visualize their space and take the project to the next level. She believes that good design should include elements of surprise at every turn. Even more importantly, it should stand the test of time in beauty, craftsmanship, materials, and structure.
Arash
Arash Zamani CO-OWNER & DESIGN PRINCIPAL Arash Zamani founded Arash industrial group in 1995 with a mission to create sophisticated, modern environments that are livable, enduring and authentic in every sense. Trendy, over-decorated concepts take a back seat to calm, meaningful spaces that allow architecture and carefully chosen furnishings and materials to take clear focus. With an accomplished eye and informal approach to the design process, he collaborates with his clients to create spaces that are truly personal. Arash’s passion for authenticity and original design led him to open A&G Art Group Ltd. along with his wife, Golnaz in 2018 in Vancouver. The firm’s mission of curating a collection of fine vintage pieces that embody clean, modern lines as well as sculptural statement pieces has received much attention in the Shiraz Design Community and has become a trusted vintage resource for Interior Designers in Iran. As a former Iranian, Arash continues projects in Shiraz as well as Vancouver. Above all, Arash values the relationships he builds with his clients and the influence his work will have on their daily lives.
